5. Put a spoonful of mayonnaise into the mushrooms, mix and lay out a new layer.

6. Remove the liquid insides and seeds from the tomato, cut the pulp into small cubes, and add to the salad.

7. Three eggs on top, grease with mayonnaise.

8. Spread the corn over the entire surface.

Salad with chicken breast and mushrooms - useful tips and tricks

Chicken breast itself is quite dry, so it is advisable to let salads with this ingredient brew and soak.

If salads contain fresh vegetables, it is better to add them immediately before serving. It is also not recommended to season such dishes with sauces, salt, and spices in advance; this will cause increased juice separation.

To make the top cheese layer of the salad juicy, you need to grate 2/3 of it, grease it with mayonnaise, then make a finishing coating from the remaining piece. By the way, it is better to grate it before serving so that it does not have time to dry out.

Both chicken and mushrooms go wonderfully with fresh onions and garlic. But it is not recommended to put them together, as they will interrupt the aroma of each other, as well as other products. It's better to choose one thing.

Fresh cucumbers and tomatoes give quite a lot of juice, so they should be placed on top in puff dishes.
